The hotel is neat, nestled in a very well maintained building with a rooftop restaurant. The restaurant food is good, and the breakfast offered is extensive and complimentary with good non-vegetarian options as well as vegetarian options and toast, for example. The services are excellent, including an excellent pool.

The hotel is conveniently located near necessary amenities and has a decent pool and children's play area. Rooms are generally clean and well equipped with a mini bar and electric kettle. The bathroom is modern and offers amenities such as toothbrushes and shower gels. Breakfast is a decent spread with a variety of options.
Service can be lacking and unprofessional, as evidenced by a rude manager and inattentive room service.

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing us with a cozy atmosphere to relax in. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to the nearby market. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ensuring that our needs were met. The Saffron Restaurant served delicious food, and we were particularly impressed with the buffet spread for breakfast and dinner.
Although the menu had a great selection of local dishes, some were unavailable during our stay. Additionally, there were a few instances where the staff seemed confused or inexperienced.

This weekend stay was the perfect getaway. The facilities offered were top-notch with an indoor pool perfect for a swim anytime of the day. The food at the restaurant was outstanding and fulfilling. The staff went beyond expectations to make sure we had a pleasant stay.
Some of the amenities had time restrictions such as the pool and restaurant, which can be a bit inconvenient. , early morning tea/coffee wasn't available as early as we would have liked.

Had a great stay during thanksgiving. Loved the comfy and clean rooms. the staff was hospitable and always ready to serve. the best part was being upgraded to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. the location was spot-on for easy access to local attractions. Complimentary drinks on arrival and breakfast were a bonus!
One drawback was the limited menu at the drinks bar and restaurant, missing some local delicacies. Another was the room not having the promised separate futon bed.
